AI Agents provides: - AI-powered digital agents for business functions (HR, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Accounting, etc.) - Educational content and training for AI agent development - Automation tools, previews, and platform features We may modify or discontinue Services at any time without notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us immediately of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

All content, software, designs, AI models, branding, and materials are owned by AI Agents or its licensors and are protected under US copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for lawful purposes.
6.AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or completeness. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, or operational decisions.
7.Payments & Subscriptions
If paid services are offered, fees are displayed at checkout. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.
8.Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under US law, AI Agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Agents from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11.Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
